The National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research (an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India) is currently accepting applications for the 43rd Indian Scientific Expedition to Antarctica. In the previous expedition (42-ISEA), Sarabjeet Singh Chhabra, an Amateur Radio Operator with the call sign VU2CUW, was chosen as the Radio Operator. For the upcoming expedition (43rd ISEA), three amateurs will be included in the team.
