Amateur radio enthusiasts from across Assam and neighboring states converged at the picturesque Royal Global University on December 10, 2023, for the 19th General Meeting of the Amateur Radio Society of Assam (ARSA). The event not only brought together radio aficionados from Assam but also saw participation from neighboring states such as Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya, highlighting the growing interest and camaraderie within the amateur radio community.

The proceedings were presided over by key figures in ARSA, including Secretary Bhagaban Barman (VU2XBP), President Paresh Brahma (VU2YPB) & Debajit Sarma (VU2DBM)
